Case Example

A very large company had to recover email from 56 custodians going back 5 years on 36 back up tapes of various styles and formats.

When the tapes arrived we quickly realised that there were far more than 36 tapes in fact there was 144. It transpired that the client had spanned several tapes for each custodian and had no complete view of where we should look so sent us everything.

We were able to restore everything quickly and successfully and able to give the client all the data they were required to disclose. Our own tools of LoPe and LoPe Assistant were invaluable in shortening the process and delivering usable data.
