• Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
• If you cannot attend, you may send an alternative delegate. However, the full invoice amount remains payable.

5. Terms And Conditions

1. Cost and Numbers
   1. Course ONE
      • A single booking will cost £199.
      • Second, third and fourth bookings for the same seminar will be £175 each.
   2. Course TWO
      • A single booking will cost £5000.
      • Second, third and fourth bookings for the same seminar will be £1425 each.
   3. Should more bookings be required, please ask for a quotation.
2. General
   1. Upon receipt of a booking form or telephone booking, Evidence Talks Ltd will confirm the reservation (if a place is available) by e-mail.
   2. Refreshments, lunch and a seminar pack are included in the cost.
   3. Evidence Talks Ltd reserves the right to improve the specification and format of the seminar for the benefit of the delegate without notice.
3. Payment
   1. Payment is accepted by cheque or by BACS.
   2. All seminar fees are subject to VAT at the current rate.
   3. Payment is due within 14 days from date of invoice and under all circumstances, prior to the delegates attending the seminar.
   4. In the event that payment has not been received when due, then interest will be charged at 2% per week plus a flat administration charge of £20.
4. Postponement
   1. If the delegate wishes to postpone attendance at a seminar that is already booked, they may move that booking providing notice is given 10 days prior to the due seminar date.
   2. Additional fees will be liable where Evidence Talks Ltd receives written notice less than 10 days in advance. Such transfers may be effected only once.
   3. Postponement between 10 and 6 days shall incur an additional fee of 30%
   4. Postponement between 5 and 2 days shall incur an additional fee of 40%
   5. Postponement between 2 and 0 days shall incur an additional fee of 100%.
5. Cancellation
   1. 30 days or more prior to the seminar the delegate shall be entitled to a full refund.
   2. Between 29 and 20 days prior a 50% fee shall be incurred for cancellation.
   3. Between 19 and 10 days prior a 75% fee shall be incurred for cancellation.
   4. Between 9 and 5 days prior a 90% fee shall be incurred for cancellation.
   5. Between 4 and 0 days prior a 100% fee shall be incurred for cancellation.
   6. At any time the delegate may substitute an alternative delegate without cost once we have been notified in writing.
   7. Evidence Talks Ltd shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the delegate of any cancellations or rescheduling of the seminar at least 10 days prior to the scheduled start of the seminar. In the event that Evidence Talks cancels or reschedules the seminar, the delegate shall be entitled to a full refund or to attend a rescheduled seminar.
   8. Evidence Talks Ltd will only cancel a seminar under exceptional circumstances and will give the delegate as much notice as possible. Liability will be limited to the value of the invoice or the offer of the rescheduled date.
